Cancellation Policy

By registering for the Ultimate Audition Prep Intensive (“Program”), participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Non-Refundable Policy All payments made for the Program are non-refundable. No credits, transfers, or make-up sessions will be provided for missed or unused portions of the Program. 2. Liability Waiver Participants understand that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks of injury. By enrolling in the Program, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. The Program, its instructors, staff, and facility are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the Program. 3. Photo/Video Release By registering, participants grant permission for the Program and its representatives to photograph and/or record video of classes, rehearsals, and performances. These images may be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes in print, online, and social media. No compensation will be provided for the use of such media. 4. Acknowledgment of Agreement By completing registration and submitting payment, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this Policy in its entirety.
