Perform in the AZ Dance Fusion Showcase!

Join our showcase team!
ALZA Dance Co. has been invited to perform alongside Dance Fusion at their annual showcase on May 3rd at 3:00 PM at the Cactus Shadows Fine Arts Center.
This is not a recital.
This is a fully staged theatre performance opportunity.
Dancers will perform a powerful contemporary piece to a reimagined cover of “I Wanna Dance With Somebody” as part of the showcase’s 80’s-themed production — blending commercial appeal with elevated artistry.
Why This Opportunity Matters:
✔ Perform on a professional theatre stage
✔ Add a live showcase credit to your resume
✔ Train and rehearse in a focused, performance-driven environment
✔ Be seen by a live audience outside of ALZA events
✔ Stay performance-ready and industry sharp
ALZA was created for dancers who aren’t done yet — dancers who still want the lights, the stage, the rehearsal process, and the growth that comes with it.
If you're ready to step on stage — not just take class — this is your moment.
I loved my experience with Jodi! Jodi takes the time to go over the steps and is an exceptional teacher! I loved the online classes that eventually lead to my California Adventures performance! Everyone was very nice and supportive and am looking forward to returning!!!

Absolutely loved the program! I was initially skeptical about learning dance virtually, but the experience exceeded all my expectations. Jodi is incredibly supportive and brought so much creativity to the choreography while also making it accessible to dancers of all ages and abilities. Each session was fun and engaging, and I could see a noticeable improvement in my dancing skills.

Jodi’s program is a program that meets dancers where they are at. I came to the program knowing nothing about dancing or ever preforming on stage my entire life. Jodi and the other teachers (especially Abbie) really helped me with my confidence. I have had the time of my life dancing with them!

Absolutely amazing experience!! The teachers are so patient, supportive, and kind. All of the participants were sweet as well. It was so amazing to be a part of this program 💖 I adore everyone involved.
