This year has been full of incredible opportunities, and I am beyond excited to share that I was recently interviewed by People Magazine about my journey auditioning for Kansas City Chiefs Cheer! ✨

The audition process for NFL cheerleading is one of the most exciting and challenging experiences a dancer can take on. From learning fast-paced choreography, to showcasing leaps, turns, and kicks with confidence, every round of the audition is designed to highlight performance, professionalism, and passion. I was honored to share what that journey looked like with People and to give readers a behind-the-scenes look at what it’s like to pursue a dream at the NFL level.

As part of the interview, I also shared about my dance background and the program I run: ALZA Dance Co., an online dance studio for adults. Our dancers train virtually and then come together to perform at Disney Parks twice a year — a truly magical experience for anyone who still dreams of performing on stage, no matter their age or location.
